How long will your order take?
We know that once you've made a purchase, you'll be eager to get your hands on your products so that you can start making magic. Which is why we try to make the order process as stress-free as possible. We try our best to make sure you get your order from warehouse to door as fast as possible.
Please note: In order for us to get your order to you as soon as possible, we would ask that you make sure the correct warehouse is selected when you are ordering.
North America, Canada
Shipping
USA: Packages under 10 kg will be charged a basic shipping fee. For packages over 10 kg, the shipping cost will increase gradually according to the total package weight.
Basic Shipping Fee: $10
Canada: Other rates apply. Please speak to a sales representative for more info.
Delivery Time
USA: 5 to 7 days.
Canada: 8 to 15 days.
For US customers, locally available orders will be sent inland via FedEx. For all other orders (including Canada), orders will be sent via Yun Express or China Post directly from Mainland China. You will need a separate shipping quote for this; please contact our customer support team.

Europe, including the UK
Shipping
Europe is divided into several shipping zones: Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Western Europe, and Northern Europe.
For Central Europe, including Germany, packages weighing less than 75 kg are charged a base shipping fee of $15. Additional weight-based charges will apply only when the package exceeds 75 kg.
For Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern Europe, packages weighing less than 15 kg are charged a base shipping fee of US$5–10. Once the package exceeds 15 kg, the shipping fee will increase progressively with package weight.
The following regions are eligible for EU delivery:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. Orders will be sent via DHL from the Czech Republic.
Delivery Time
Czech Republic: 2 to 5 days.
All Others: 5 to 7 days.
UK customers will have locally available orders sent inland via Royal Mail.
Delivery Time
United Kingdom: Approximately 1-3 days.

Our Basic Shipping Rate applies to both Australia and New Zealand.
Orders will be sent via Australia Post or directly from China when ordering from New Zealand.

New Zealand: 8 to 15 days.

Our Basic Shipping Rate applies to all countries in Asia. It includes the following regions:
Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand.
Delivery Time
Japan & South Korea: 8 to 15 days.
All Others: 4 to 10 days.
All orders will be sent via Yun Express or China Post directly from Mainland China.
